The Omni Block Seismic 12 is an insulated "stand-alone" structural exterior wall CMU system suitable for California building applications. The Omni Block provides amazing energy efficiency and comfort qualities through the combination of a unique patented block design and use of molded expanded polystyrene (EPS) inserts. This block provides the rare combination of a R-value of 14.7 and a U-factor of 0.068.
The Omni Block Seismic 12 is 12"x8"x16" (nominal) CMU block that conforms to ASTM C-90 specifications for load-bearing, medium weight masonry units. Omni Block is available in any block finish and color. Special order is required. Seismic 12 uses the Omni Block Short Foam Insert.
